About the product
After heavy work, long hours of sitting or a training session, the back, knees and shoulders ask for hands and warmth. Reumatik is a massage oil with 20% conifer essential oils — white pine, fir, spruce and juniper — in olive oil and St. John's wort oil (a macerate of the flower). It contains 100% natural oils: a fresh, resinous conifer scent and the softness of an oil that glides easily under the hands.
Usage
For external use only. Not a medical product. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Because of the high essential oil content, test on a small patch of skin before first use. Store in a dark place away from direct sunlight, out of reach of children.

As needed — many people use it in the evening or after training. Because of the essential oils, apply a little to the same spot and massage it in well.
The oil has 20% essential oils, so before first use apply a little to the inner forearm and wait 24 hours.
Both have conifer oils in olive oil; Reumatik also has juniper and St. John's wort oil and is meant for massaging muscles and joints, while Respiro is for chest and face massage.
Because of the high essential oil content, pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
