For Bosnia, delivery takes 2-4 business days. For international orders (from our UAE warehouse), delivery takes 7-21 days depending on destination.

Shipping within Bosnia costs 12 KM, and is free for orders over 70 KM. For international shipments, the price is calculated based on weight and destination.

We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Bosnia.

No. AlmaDerm never tests products on animals. All our products are cruelty-free.

Yes, our products are available at multiple locations in Bosnia, including Baščaršija in Sarajevo and Sarajevo City Centre.

The shelf life of each product is indicated on the packaging. Generally, our products last 12-24 months from the date of manufacture. After opening, we recommend use within 6-12 months.
