1. Return Policy

AlmaDerm allows product returns within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Product must not be damaged by the customer
• Return must be requested within 14 days of receipt

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact us via email at info@almaderm.ba with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for confirmation and instructions for shipping the product back
3. Send the product to the address we provide

4. Refund

After we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be processed within 14 business days using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

5. Exceptions

Products that have been opened, used or damaged by the customer cannot be returned. Additionally, personalized products and opened gift sets are not eligible for returns.
