Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter: "Terms") govern the relationship between AlmaDerm Natural Cosmetic (hereinafter: "AlmaDerm", "we", "our"), based in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the user (hereinafter: "Buyer", "you", "your") who accesses our websites (almaderm.ba) and purchases our products.

By using our websites and/or purchasing our products, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our websites or purchase our products.

These Terms apply to all buyers regardless of their location — including but not limited to Bosnia and Herzegovina, European Union countries, the United Arab Emirates and all other countries to which we deliver.

Our products may only be purchased by persons of legal age (18 years or older). By making a purchase on our website, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal right to enter into contractual obligations in your country.

Prices on the website are displayed in the currency of the selected market (KM/BAM for BiH, EUR for EU, AED for UAE, etc.) and include all applicable taxes for the BiH market. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties and local taxes in the receiving country.

AlmaDerm reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed on the website at the time of order confirmation.

Product photographs are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual product in color or packaging design. Weight, volume and composition are listed on each product page and on the physical packaging.

Orders are placed through our online store. By confirming an order (clicking "Order" or equivalent action), the Buyer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The order confirmation email represents acceptance of the offer and formation of the purchase contract.

AlmaDerm reserves the right to reject or cancel an order in the following cases: product unavailability, obvious pricing error, inability to verify payment information, or suspected abuse or fraud.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery – pay in cash to the courier upon receiving the package. Available only for BiH and select regional countries.
• Card payment – secure online payment via Visa, Mastercard and other supported cards. Payment is processed by Stripe, a certified PCI DSS Level 1 payment processor.
• Bank transfer – available for larger orders and business purchases, by arrangement.

All card payments are processed via Stripe. AlmaDerm never stores, views or has access to your credit/debit card details. The connection is secured with SSL/TLS encryption.

Shipping within BiH is carried out by authorized courier services. Delivery time is 1-3 business days from order confirmation. Free shipping for orders over 70 KM within BiH.

Regional shipping (Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro) is carried out by international courier services. Delivery time is 3-7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery zone.

International shipping (UAE, EU and other countries) is carried out by Aramex or other international couriers. Delivery time is 5-14 business days, depending on destination.

Stated delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays or unforeseen circumstances. AlmaDerm is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

For international shipments outside BiH, the Buyer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and local fees that may arise upon importing products into the destination country. These charges vary by country and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

The Buyer has the right to return an unopened and unused product within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged and in the same condition as received.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, except in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped products — in which case AlmaDerm covers all costs. Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except in case of proven defects.

To initiate a return or complaint, contact us within 14 days via email info@almaderm.ba or WhatsApp. Refunds are issued via the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

AlmaDerm products are cosmetic products for external skin use. They are not medicines, medical devices or substitutes for professional medical treatments. Results may vary from person to person.

Before first use of a new product, we recommend a patch test on a small area of skin (inner forearm). If you notice irritation, redness, itching or any adverse reaction, immediately discontinue use and consult a dermatologist or physician.

Product usage recommendations we provide (including skin type quiz results) are cosmetic in nature and do not constitute medical advice. Individuals with known skin conditions, allergies or sensitive skin should consult a dermatologist before use.

Promotions (including "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" and other offers) are automatically applied to qualifying orders. For BOGO promotions, the cheapest product out of every 3 qualifying products is free. Promotional coupons have expiration dates and usage conditions stated with each coupon.

AlmaDerm reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined with each other, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We process your personal data in accordance with the BiH Personal Data Protection Act, the European Union GDPR regulation (for EU customers) and applicable local laws. Detailed information about the collection, use and protection of your data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

All content on our websites — including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphic design, logos, icons, audio/video content, software code and databases — is the property of AlmaDerm or our licensed partners and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution or commercial use of any part of the content is strictly prohibited.

AlmaDerm shall not be liable for: indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website; delivery delays caused by third parties (couriers, customs); damage resulting from improper product use contrary to instructions; loss or damage of shipment after handover to courier service (unless AlmaDerm insured the shipment).

AlmaDerm's total liability to the Buyer, regardless of the basis of the claim, is limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for the relevant order.

The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold AlmaDerm harmless from all claims, losses, costs and damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: the Buyer's breach of these Terms, improper product use, or the Buyer's violation of third-party rights.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bosnia and Herzegovina, unless mandatory local laws in the Buyer's country require otherwise.

For customers within the European Union: your statutory consumer rights under the regulations of your country remain unaffected by these Terms. You have the right to file a complaint through the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform or the competent consumer protection authority in your country.

AlmaDerm reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms take effect upon publication on the website. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the website after publication of modified Terms constitutes acceptance thereof.
