Respiro is a massage oil with 20% conifer essential oils — white and black pine, fir and spruce — in olive oil. It contains 100% natural oils, with no synthetic fragrance or additives.

Usage

How to use

Pour a small amount of oil into your palms and warm it by rubbing.
Gently massage into the chest and, if you wish, the face — with deep, calm breaths of the conifer scent.
For the body use a larger amount and massage shoulders, neck and back in circular strokes.
Most pleasant after a warm bath or shower, in the evening.

For external use only. Not a medical product. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Because of the high essential oil content, test on a small patch of skin before first use. Store in a dark place away from direct sunlight, out of reach of children.
