As needed, for example morning and evening as part of your routine.
On the skin over joints and muscles: knees, shoulders, back, elbows, hands and feet. Do not apply to damaged skin or near the eyes.
A thin layer is applied and massaged in until absorbed, so it can also be used under clothing.
It depends on the area and how often you use it; with daily use on one area, about 3–4 weeks.
