The cream contains zinc oxide, which according to its label protects the skin from UV radiation, but no SPF factor is declared. For longer sun exposure, use a sunscreen with an SPF.
The soap and serum, yes (according to the label, the serum is used in the morning and before bedtime). The cream can be applied as needed.
