One to three times a week, depending on your skin. Oily skin usually tolerates more frequent use, while normal and sensitive skin should start with once a week.
The clay and charcoal dry on the skin and draw impurities out of the pores as they do. As soon as the mask is dry, rinse it off with lukewarm water.
The mask is natural and fragrance-free, but clay can be drying. If your skin is sensitive, try it on a small area first and use it once a week.
A moisturising cream or serum, because skin needs hydration after clay cleansing.
